You can try talking with a roommate or partner that would be willing to hold you accountable, or who could even brush with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Change Where You Brush<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ultimately, when you brush and floss doesn\u2019t matter nearly as much as how often you do it. If you really find it difficult to brush at the beginning and end of the day, you might want to try brushing somewhere else, or at another time. Keeping your toothbrush in your car or at your office desk can serve as a nice reminder, and makes it much easier to work it into your routine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Remember Why It\u2019s Important<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes, remembering the gravity of the situation is the best motivator. If you\u2019ve ever had a toothache that resulted from an infection, you know how much of a pain it can be. The best treatment is always prevention, and the best way to prevent plaque buildup, tooth decay, and gum disease is to form a strong dental hygiene routine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you form the habit, taking care of your teeth is easy.
