Use an Aligner Hook<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Items like Pul Tools and OrthoKeys are very effective at removing aligners. Thanks to their crochet hooks, they go under the aligners\u2019 edges and lift them away from the teeth. As such, they&#8217;re especially helpful for people with attachments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To find these aligner hooks, try browsing your local supermarket or pharmacy. You could also buy them from online retailers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Change Your Aligners in the Evening<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>One way to remove new aligners more quickly is to insert them at nighttime. That way, you can take them off in the morning after they\u2019ve already shifted your teeth. As an added perk, you\u2019d also get to sleep through the period when they\u2019d feel overly tight and uncomfortable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You could also take a mild painkiller before bed to be extra safe.
